Opened in February 2012, Delinquent Inks is a custom tattoo and body piercing studio, located in Builth Wells, Powys, Mid-Wales. Originally opened by owner Andy Delinquent who learnt the art many years ago whilst serving as an Army Medical Technician, The studio now hosts two talented artists who between them are able to cover the majority of styles and they recently welcomed in their apprentice, who, they have high hopes for.

Cassy
Shop Manager, Tattoo Artist, Body Piercer
Cassy has worked at Delinquent Inks since day one. Following the completion of her fine art degree in 2011, she decided that body art was her passion and started her apprenticeship here at Delinquent Inks.
Cassy enjoys realism as well as a neo-traditional style and the more patterned work such as mandalas, with animals, flowers and dot-work some of her favourite things to tattoo.
Her artwork is inspired by a wide variety of artists and artwork with one of her favourite artists being Baroque painter Artemisia Gentileschi.
Adey
Tattoo Artist
Adey has worked with us since 2016, following the completion of his apprenticeship elsewhere, after which he choose to join us in a effort to expand his knowledge and learn more of the artform.
Adey enjoys the obscure artwork and the witty.
He enjoys working in good old school black line work designs, with tongue in cheek jokes as well many other styles.
He finds his inspiration from a wide variety of sources with one of his favourite artists being the graphic artist M.C. Escher

Alex
Junior Tattoo Artist
Alex started with us in 2024 after completing an apprenticeship at another studio. Alex much like Adey moved to us to help increase and finetune her artistic skills and knowledge.
Alex is open to a lot of different art styles as she fine tunes her own artistic styles, she however loves the colourful and the abstract.
One of Alex's favourite artists are Salvador Dali.
Alex finds influences in popular culture, gothic elements and the outright quirky.
Alex has previously won an award as Best Newcomer at Preston Tattoo Convention. Thus we have super high hopes for Alex and expect her to outshine us all.

Rein
Resident Body Piercing Specialist
Rein joined the team in 2023
With over 25 years in the industry Rein is one of the best body piercers out there and is ready to help you curate your piercing vision into the flesh.
Working on an appointment only system there is little he isn't able to offer.
When Rein isnt avaliable Cassy with her 10 years of piercing experiance is happy to take over almost all your piercing needs.
Cassy unlike Rein does not do intimate piercings.
